Ingredients
- 2oz of any dark rum (El Dorado 12 Year Rum or Angostura 7 year Rum)
- 1oz Demerara simple syrup
- 1oz Lime Juice
- 8-12 mint leaves
- 5-7 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Directions
- Muddle the mint leaves with lime and simple syrup in a highball glass
- Fill the glass two thirds with crushed ice
- Pour rum over the crush ice and swizzle well from left to right like if you were swizzling the night away on the dance floor at the QPH
- Fill the remainder of the glass with ice and add a few dashes of bitters
- Enjoy
